Ubo NFC HAT

This is a new HAT board that is compatible with Ubo Case 4 and 5. It offers NFC radio as well as RGB LED ring (12 SK6805 LEDs). 

The HAT uses an NFC tag chip (the NXP NTAG I2C Plus, NXP NT3H2211W0FT1) with 2Kb of memory and it has the capability to be read with something like a smartphone, without having power provided, as enough energy is harvested from the reader, to operate the NFC chip.

The 2Kb memory can also be accessed via I2C.
