International shipping fee

This is a mock product for international Kickstarter backers to help streamline charging of shipping fee. We are offering a flat rate shipping fee of $28 to our backers. 

You only need to add this to your shopping cart if you are NOT purchasing any Add-ons or items from the Shopify store. Otherwise, the international shipping fee gets picked up automatically during checkout.
